Right of Withdrawal
You have a legal right to a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving a product you ordered. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your details and a clear statement of which items you'd like to return and why.
Some products, like sealed health or hygiene items, are exempt from this right if their seals are broken.
Reclaims & Complaints
We inspect all products returned to us. If they're damaged or incorrectly dispatched, we'll resolve the issue in line with consumer protection laws.

We follow guidelines set by The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden.
Disputes & Choice of Law
If disputes can't be resolved with our customer service, you can turn to The National Board for Consumer Disputes in Sweden (ARN). If you're outside Sweden but within the EU, you can file a complaint online at the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Disputes concerning these terms shall be interpreted according to Swedish law.
