Changing your delivery address after placing an order is possible under certain conditions. Here’s what you need to know if you need to update your delivery details:
Before You Start
Ensure you have your order number ready when you contact us. This speeds up the process, allowing us to assist you more efficiently.
For Orders in Swedish Currency
- If the Order is Still Open: If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can make changes directly through Shopify. This includes updating the delivery address, adding or removing products, and other order details.
- If the Order is Processed: Once an order has started the handling process in our warehouse, we're unable to make any changes due to the costs involved. In such cases, you have the option to return the product upon receipt if necessary.
For Orders in Foreign Currency
- Orders placed with a currency other than Swedish Krona (SEK) will need to be cancelled, and a new order placed with the correct information. This is due to limitations in making currency-specific adjustments post-order placement.
How to Request a Change
- Contact Us: Reach out as soon as you realize the change is needed. The quicker we know, the higher the chance we can make the adjustment before your order is processed.
- Provide Details: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the correct delivery address. If applicable, also specify any other changes you wish to make to your order.
